How We Price CNC Machining

  • Pricing depends on cutting complexity, material thickness, tooling, turnaround time and whether the job requires 2D or 3D machining. Email your project details and drawings for an accurate quote within 24 hours.

How to Send Your Files

  • Our CNC runs on vector files. We accept DXF, DWG, AI and EPS or STL , STEP for 3D milling. If you don’t have drawings, send a dimensioned sketch and we’ll assist. Typical sheet sizes are 8×4 ft (2440×1220 mm) and 10×5 ft (3050×1525 mm).

How Long CNC Cutting Takes

  • Most jobs are completed same-day to 3 days, with complex jobs taking up to two weeks. Fast-track options are available for urgent film, TV and event builds.

Delivery & Collection

  • We offer same-day couriers throughout London, overnight UK shipping, or workshop collection for maximum convenience.

How to Upload a CNC File

Supplying a clean vector file is the best way to ensure fast, accurate CNC cutting. If you’re unsure how to prepare your drawings or need help with formats, scaling or material setup just give us a call and we’ll guide you through it.

Our CNC machine runs directly from DXF, DWG, AI and properly formatted PDF files, so once you upload your artwork we can begin preparing toolpaths straight away.

We typically machine 10 × 5 ft (3050 × 1525 mm) sheets, so keep these dimensions in mind when setting up your design. For full details on how to format your drawings, please download our CNC File Setup Guide, which explains the correct layout, vector paths and settings to help us process your job faster.
