How to Send Your Files

Preferred formats: DXF, AI, vector PDF. Cutting and engraving must be on separate layers. Use black for cuts, red for etch/engrave lines, artwork at 1:1 scale in millimetres. If unsure, we can help prepare your files.

Most projects are completed within 2–5 days, with same-day cutting available for urgent deadlines, especially for film, TV, events and design industries.

How to Upload a Laser Cutting File
Supplying a properly formatted vector file is the best way to ensure clean, accurate laser cutting. If you’re unsure how to prepare your artwork—or need help separating cut and engrave layers just send us what you have and we’ll guide you through it.
Our laser cutter works from DXF, AI and vector PDF files, allowing us to begin cutting or engraving as soon as your artwork is received.

Upload Your File & Project Details
STEP 01:
Upload your artwork through our form and include project notes. Accepted formats: DXF (preferred), AI/Illustrator, vector PDF. Cut lines must be black, engraving lines red, with cuts and engraves on separate layers. Artwork should be set at 1:1 scale in millimetres. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Once we receive your file, we’ll review it and send a clear, itemised quote. After approval, your job goes straight into production. We provide updates throughout-from file verification to cutting, engraving and finishing.
Approve Your Quote & Begin Production
STEP 02:
We ship everything from small CNC-cut components to large-format panels and pallets. Provide your delivery address when requesting a quote and we’ll include the shipping cost. You’re also welcome to collect directly from our London workshop.
