Large and small scale props, set pieces, models and more. We take pride in using a mixture of traditional prop making techniques alongside cutting edge technology in the design and fabrication of our props with artistry and careful attention to detail.

SERVICES

Mould making

  • Perfect for casting multiple copies in plaster, jesmonite or resin in intricate detail.

  • Works well for detailed soft props such as stunt props or squishy body parts made from foam, latex or silicone

Painting & Finishing

  • Wood becomes rusted metal, foam transforms into brick or stone and blank canvas turns into a detailed backdrop.

  • Filling, sanding and polishing in combination with spraying, airbrushing and brushwork create a range of stunning high quality finishes

Polycarving

  • Utilising 3D milling on our CNC machine for ensures high precision and rapid duplicates.

  • Extruded foam is a great medium or large scale props, bigatures and set pieces and can be finished in a tough shell with variety of textures

Model Making

  • With laser cutting, 3D printing in PLA or resin and hand sculpting we can achieve a high level of detail on models small scales with incredible precision.

  • Miniature sets for animation, architectural replicas or model vehicles

Life Casting

  • Need a duplicate of someones face or limbs? Life casting creates a perfect replica in plaster or soft silicone for a scarily lifelike copy

  • We can also create prosthetics that can be applied to the skin, transfers or missing body parts

Sculpting

  • A traditional prop making material perfect for unique, items, creatures and organic shapes.

  • Foams are a highly versatile material that can be used for a variety of lightweight props and models.

Set Dressing

  • If you have a set that needs added character we can add those finishing touches that make it feel spooky, lived in, busy, abandoned or for any special occasion.

  • We design and build full sets, dressed with props and create entire environments from scratch.

Carpentry

  • Soft props, often made from foam are perfect for action and combat.

  • ‘The Glass is already broken’ as they say, and when it comes to smashable props that’s doubly true! We can make props to break in a safe, controlled way or multiple times.

Stunt Props

  • Fully armed with a CNC machine and a whole workshop of woodworking tools we can create a range of furniture, historical or modern, antique or unique.

  • We construct large pieces of set, staging and flats which we can fully clad and finis to create a range of environments and settings.
