How to Send Your 3D Printing Files

  • We accept STL, OBJ, STEP/STP and 3MF. Ensure your model is watertight, exported at 1:1 scale, and named clearly. If you're unsure, send what you have and we can optimise or repair your file.

How Long 3D printing Takes

  • Typical turnaround times: same day to 48 hours for small or urgent prints, 2–5 days for standard projects, and 1–2 weeks for large or batch production. Express options available for tight deadlines.

Delivery & Collection

  • We offer same-day couriers throughout London, overnight UK shipping, or workshop collection for maximum convenience.

STEP 01:

Upload your file using our form. Accepted formats: STL (preferred), OBJ, STEP/STP, 3MF. Ensure the model is watertight, exported at 1:1 scale in millimetres, and parts are clearly named. If orientation or specific requirements are needed, include notes. We will respond to all submissions within 24 hours.

Once we receive your file, we'll send a detailed quote based on material, print time, strength, resolution and quantity. After approval, your project goes straight into production with updates provided throughout.

STEP 02:

We ship everything from small CNC-cut components to large-format panels and pallets. Provide your delivery address when requesting a quote and we’ll include the shipping cost. You’re also welcome to collect directly from our London workshop.
