Large Format CNC

Our multitool CNC has a maximum size of 10ft by 5ft (3050x1525mm) working on materials up to 200mm in depth. With fast turn arounds.

Laser Cutting

Our laser cutter handles sheet sizes up to 1200×900mm and materials from 1 mm to 15 mm thick, delivering clean edges, tight tolerances and crisp engraving. 

Prop Making

We provide a full range of specialist prop making services including polystyrene carving, mould making, casting, fibreglassing, sculpting, painting & finishing for projects of all sizes

Fabrication & Production

Our workshop is fully equipped for full fabrication. We will see your project machined, assembled and finished to your specifications. Stage black? Weather proof? Fire retardant? All are possible.

Design & Install

Fab Cut are ready to jump on at any stage of your project. If you have a concept in mind we can assist with realising your ideas from design stage right through fabrication to install. Get in touch if you would like discuss project management

3D Printing

We offer 3D printing in materials ranging from standard PLA to carbon fibre reinforced filaments.Our standard build volumes are 340×340×320mm however we are able to slice larger objects into multiple parts to to produce much larger models with precision

Set construction

Our fully equipped workshop has full set construction capabilities. Interior and exterior environments, full size and to scale with excellent project timelines and attention to detail

Digital design

With a range of specialist software at our disposal we can create digital designs, concepts and 3D models of your project before making them a reality in our workshop.

3D Milling

We can 3D mill material up 10ft by 5ft (3050x1525mm) with high precision. EPS foam, high density XPS foam, MDF, hardwood, acrylics and more!

PAST PROJECTS

  • Stage set resembling a cozy, colorful living room and kitchen scene with furniture, decor, and lighting, surrounded by black background and studio equipment.

Have a project in mind?

Providing your own vector files makes for a fast, efficient service, but give us a call if you would like assistance. The CNC uses DXF, DWG, or AI files, allowing us to start right away. Design within standard sheet sizes (3050mm x 1525mm) and refer to our file guide for setup tips. Our 3D printers use stl files. For fabrication, props and set projects, email us with project details and any relevant requirements.
